Our mixology repertoire is inspired by Bangkok’s playful,  boundary-pushing spirit. Extraordinary cocktails like U-Cha-O tap into the bubble tea trend, while Mango & Sticky Rice honors the classic Thai dessert. She practices “zero waste” mixology—in other words, he refrains from use of plastics and selects ingredients with minimal waste.  Piano Bar includes an extensive wine, sparkling and craft beer list, as well as mocktails and fresh juices.
